Every time I try to save my Word document as a PDF I get an error message that says "Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat License has either expired or not been activated. Try launching Adobe Acrobat."
I do this and I still get the same error. I close out of everything (even tried restarting the computer), open Word and Adobe back up, and still get this error message. How do I fix it?

What version of Acrobat are you using?
I would start by either checking your account online and seeing there is your license has expired.
Or you can also contact customer support to see the status of your license.

Hovering over it in the creative cloud it says Acrobat DC Version 22.0. When I open it and go to "help" and "About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC" it says Version 2019.021.20058
I would have figured if my license was actually expired that I wouldn't be able to access all of my Adobe programs but I'll go check it out.

@Jen Fraley, this appears that although Version 22 is available in your subscription, it hasn't been installed and your desktop version is still running 2019.
In the Creative Cloud Manager, click Acrobat and see if there's a button or option to update it. Or click Updates in the left-side menu and check it there. Or from Acrobat itself, go to Help / Check for Updates.
FYI, the CCMgr app doesn't really tell us the status of our subscription. You'll need to open your account details to see about payments and subscription status. Click your avatar in the upper right corner and select Adobe Account from the menu. That will take you to your online portal for your subscription.
